GOLDEN FUR - Fendi Fur

Karl has done it again. The creative director of Fendi has managed to make fur an even more luxurious and valuable commodity. He created golden fur. 24k gold was misted onto fox and persian lamb to give them a glimmery effect. Here they are on the A/W 08-09 Fendi show.

Desinger Places - Hotels, Cafes, Bars and other places with Desinger labels.

Large fashion labels no longer limit their ability to create magnificent designs with ultra-luxe quality to clothing. Recently high-end luxury companies such as Versace and Armani have ventured into more HRM related businesses to create lavish lodgings and desinger dinners. From Christian Lacroix-designed hotels to Armani cafes here's some of those signature locations.

Palazzo Versace - Located in Gold Coast Australia, this hotel features a private marina and 3 award-winning restaurants. Linen, plates, toiletries and many other items are signature Versace products. There is a taste of Donatella everywhere. Rates per night go from an estimate of $340 onwards.

Bulgari Hotels, Resorts and Restaurants. - Bulgari, known for its contemporary jewelry design, has opened up two hotels, one in Milan and one in Bali. The hotel features precious and exotic materials such as black Zimbabwe marble and Turkish Ahpyon(as seen in the spa below) in its architecture. The company also opened two restaurants in Tokyo.

Emporio Armani Cafe - Giorgio has a lot of lines under his design wing - Emporio, Prive, Exchange and Armani Casa(Armani furniture) to name a few. He expands this even further with the opening of Emporio Armani Cafes located in San Francisco.

Hotel du Petit Moulin - Once an ancient 17th century bakery this building has been renovated into a luxury hotel while retaining its french vintage feel. What makes this hotel even more special is that its interiors were designed by renowned couturier Christian Lacroix.

Dolce & Gabbana "Gold" Restaurant & Bar - Found in Milan, Italy, Gold is the one and only Dolce Gabbana restaurant. It features a luxurious modern design with golden interiors in the restaurant, bistrot, bar....

....and yes theres GOLD FOOD.
